Dr. Ryan Nielson
Therapeutic Optometric Physician
Dr. Nielson was raised in Boise and graduated from Borah High School in 1992.
He attended University of Idaho(1996) for undergraduate B.S., then
Illinois College of Optometry(2002).
He met and married his beautiful wife in optometry school. They moved back to Idaho and opened their practice together in 2005.
Dr. Ana Nielson
Therapeutic Optometric Physician
Dr. Ana Nielson grew up in the bay area in California where she graduated from UC Davis(1997). She then attended Illinois College of Optometry(2002).
They now live in beautiful Idaho and try to keep up with 3 children.
Josie, Optician
Originally from California, Josie has worked in the optical industry since 2001. Josie serves as an optician at The Eyesite with her eccentric personality being reflected through selected frames that you may find displayed in the office. Josie enjoys working with patients to understand their lifestyles in order to best coordinate optical eyewear for maximum visual health and comfort.
Josie enjoys friends, traveling, weekends, and spending time with her son, Devin.
Gail, Optician
Gail has just celebrated 18 years As an optician! She is extremely knowledgeable about lens materials, prescriptions and stays on the cutting edge of lens and frame design. Gail has her certification through ABO (American Board of Opticianry) and has had the experience needed to help our patients with any questions or concerns.
